The best hotel at hanoi. The food was great, the room is really big. Cleanliness is preserved. But toilet is not that big compared to its room. And they have few broken power sockets, and unused kitchen cabinets.
My Moon Hotel is a very good place to stay. The location is excellent – it’s close to the market and coffee shops where you can sit and watch the train pass by, which is a unique experience. The services are very good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.
One of the best hotels I have stayed in Hanoi. Maria and others at the front desk are so welcoming and helpful. Booked a Lan Ha bay tour and Ninh Binh tour through the hotel and everything went smooth. I have booked a room with balcony and the size was big when compared to other hotels in Old quarters in the same price range. Pros: -Less than 5 mins walk from train street - just at the corner of Old quarters, so no issues with taxi/cab pickup and drop - walking distance from famous food joints like Banh Mi 25 and cafes Will definitely come back here.

I was online booked this Beautiful hotel through Agoda. Reasonable price. Excellent service and nice cooperation of the Hotel Staff. 24 x 7 services. Everything is around walking distance. Safe and secure for stay with family. Nice tasty breakfast. We stayed here for 3 nights and fully enjoyed. Firstly Anah and then Maria both were nicely supported and well cooperated me in every moment. They also arrage our Halong Bay and Ninh Binh Tour at a reasonable price. Today they arranged to drop off to the Airport. Thanks a lot for nice cooperation and support. We will stay again. ????????????????
Felt very welcomed and truly appreciated the hospitality of the entire staff. The hotel is clean and offers great value for the price. Train Street is less than 1 km away. Hannah helped us arrange transportation at the last moment. Breakfast was also good, with vegetarian options available.
Best location to stay in old quarter! We stayed there for 2+2 nights and the staff were very accommodative to our change of plans I would recommend booking the room with balcony which is reasonably priced and has good ventilation The veg spread on the breakfast was decent but there are a lot of restaurants around. They also have a decent forex rate. On the last day of our trip we had finished an activity early and the staff were very accommodative to keep our luggage! 10/10. Highly recommended!
